Why I Started This
I created Drivers On Deck Recruiting after working with owner-operator clients who kept running into the same problem: finding dependable drivers was hard, and turnover made it even harder to keep trucks moving.
Through my work helping trucking clients with bookkeeping, paperwork organization, load paperwork processing, invoicing, and other back-office support, I saw how much one empty seat could affect the whole business. This company was built to help close that gap by connecting carriers with driver candidates who better fit the job.
